Windows Genuine Advantage Notification is Cracked
Your pirated Windows XP has got infected and tattooed with the nagging anti-piracy reminders? You’re not alone, and a huge number of victims infected by the Windows Genuine Advantage Notification (KB905474) are eagerly looking for solution to remove the additional tattoo now.
Once the Windows Genuine Advantage Notification is installed, a process will be executed by WGAtray.exe, which is capable of duplicating itself every second even if this processed is killed. Besides, another important component of the notifier, wgalogon.dll, which reminds you about your pirated Windows in Windows logon screen, can never be removed with the presence of WGAtray.exe. Sounds complicated, but The Inquirer has published an article to SOLVE this tricky problem!
Head on to article titled “How to dump Windows' piracy 'spyware'” of The Inquirer, if you are looking for the relevant solution. However, I’ve not tried this trick on my own, as I’m currently using the genuine Windows XP.
If the solution suggested above doesn't work, you may try a number of other alternatives/cracks as posted at My Digital Life.
If your friends using pirated Windows XP have not got infected yet, you may advise them to effectively avoid installation of the designated update item.
It's Illegal to Use Pirated Software
I'm sure you know about it, but be reminded that pirated software is illegal regardless of your purpose. It's illegal even in educational or personal use. Cracking the notification is not an effective long-term solution, especially if you are using it for business domain. Get a legitimate license, or switch to free Linux alternative like Fedora Core.
